Your tasks:

  • User support for all IT-related questions, including qualification, answering or forwarding requests or disruptions
  • Maintenance and updating of assigned customer hardware and software
  • Installation of client systems, printers, and peripherals
  • Documentation

What you should bring:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist, or in another apprenticeship, preferably with some professional experience
  • Knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, and peripherals (such as laptops, PCs, printers, monitors, etc.)
