YOUR TRAINING WITH USWe support you in every aspect of your training and teach you everything you need to know in 3.5 years. The theoretical part of the dual training will be taught in vocational school - the practical part by our team at the factory: You will get to know the work processes intensively and we will teach you how to control, plan and organize them. You will get to experience various areas, such as the laboratory, quality assurance, electrical and mechanical maintenance, and our processing department. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure a smooth production process in our large machine park. Your tasks are diverse, so it will never be boring. You will also receive training that interests you and helps you progress.
After your training, you will be a versatile professional with solid knowledge in quality management, laboratory work, electrical engineering, and metalworking. You will know everything about the composition of our products and handling of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and materials will be part of your daily work.
