Responsibilities:

As Branch Manager / Department Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the economic success, development and growth of the Cologne location
You acquire clients and employees in the IT and engineering sector and successfully establish and expand long-term customer relationships
As a strong communicator, you motivate and lead your team with respect and on an equal footing
Based on your own sales success, you support and lead your team to outstanding performance
Expansion and management of the Cologne branch with corresponding reporting
Through planning, controlling and monitoring of operational activities, you ensure the quality standard
