Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries after coordinating with relevant departments
  • Carrying out and analyzing measures initiated by the sales management, regional management, and sales management, as well as implementing salesspecific system evaluations
  • Creating individual offers, such as sales prices, discounts, and allowances within predetermined value limits to achieve sales, revenue, and profit contribution goals
  • Participating in the implementation of offers, offer presentations, and arranging for the shipment of samples, as well as verifying their results
  • Tracking deliveries and assisting with the organization of special transports in collaboration with logistics
  • Processing order backlog and allocating bottleneck parts, as well as manually entering orders and analyzing orders that deviate from the standard (e.g. pro forma, delivery blocks, letters of credit, individual orders via fax/email, etc.)

You bring the following qualifications and competencies:

  • Degree in economics, business administration, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in aftersales or automotive wholesale
  • Indepth knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs and SAP R
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, and willingness to travel
