Your exciting tasks with us include:
- Coordinating the service desk team and ensuring highquality incident management
- Monitoring and meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
- Creating a positive work environment and promoting teamwork
- Organizing and conducting employee evaluations
- Actively participating in employee recruitment and selection
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve workflow
- Preparing regular reports on the performance of the service desk team for management
- Providing professional development opportunities for team members
Job requirements:
Ideally, you bring the following skills:
- Completed education, degree, or work experience in the field of computer science
- Leadership experience in service desk/help desk/support
- Broad understanding of IT
- Good knowledge of ITIL topics
- Strong customer orientation
- Reliability and strong communication skills
