For our location in Düsseldorf, we are currently seeking motivated support in the area of sales administration.

Your future tasks

  • Coordination of order processing and order fulfillment
  • Telephone and written correspondence with customers and business partners
  • Data preparation, data management, and document maintenance
  • Invoicing of orders and contracts
  • Maintenance of shop systems
  • Close collaboration with other departments such as accounting, purchasing, and production
  • Assumption of general administrative tasks at the Düsseldorf location

What you bring

  • Completed commercial training with a focus on sales/sales support
  • Several years of relevant professional experience and ideally industry knowledge
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems)
  • Strong organizational skills with an independent and precise work style
