Your task:

  • You will work in quality assurance and be responsible for electrical engineering topics.
  • You will support in handling complaints and act as a consulting contact for the construction department.
  • You will analyze quality indicators from production and support in continuous improvement processes.
  • You will inform internal departments such as service, construction, and production about new quality insights through quality reports.
  • You will contribute to the optimization of the key figure system for recording, evaluating, and creating quality-relevant indicators.
  • You will directly influence product quality through regular Q-circles.
  • You will also be responsible for planning and conducting internal product, process, and system audits, as well as external audits at suppliers.
  • You will analyze and optimize delivery quality in a product quality team.
  • You will support the quality management and provide advice on quality orientation.

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering or have completed further training as a technician.
  • You have a vocational training with relevant knowledge in the areas of electronics, programming, quality management, or similar.
  • You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the mechanical engineering industry.
  • Ideally, you have experience in standards and EU certification.
  • You have very good German
