To support our Customer Operations department, we are currently looking for a Customer Operations Services Specialist (m/f/d) / Back Office Employee (m/f/d) for customer support in Munich.


Your responsibilities:

  • You will create individual customer evaluations and process tenders
  • You will be responsible for maintaining customer master data in SAP and CRM
  • You will ensure documentation in our CRM and ERP systems
  • You will work closely with our Key Account Managers in daily business
  • In coordination with our legal department, you will review customer/trial contracts
  • You will maintain prices and conditions of Arthrex products in our ERP system

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or
