    Description
    Elder Care Homecare is looking for a skilled Director of Business Development to join their team.

    We are a private pay homecare agency operating in New York and Connecticut, with plans to expand in the upcoming year. Elder Care has been providing services for over seven years, experiencing significant growth during this time.
    The ideal candidate should have a track record as a field sales representative, with a preference for experience in homecare. They should have a history of successfully managing a client portfolio and surpassing sales targets.
    This position, based in New Jersey, involves field work around 75% of the time.

    Responsibilities:
    • Developing relationships with community referral sources to enhance Elder Care's presence and acquire new clients.
    • Ensuring satisfaction of referral sources for sustainable business growth.
    • Representing Elder Care in various networking settings to expand outreach.
    • Handling client inquiries, conducting assessments, and converting leads into long-term clients.
    • Providing support for referral partners and clients, including evenings and weekends.
    • Managing client accounts, compliance requirements, and market insights effectively.
    • Undertaking additional duties delegated by the supervisor.

    Requirements:
    • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in homecare or a related field.
    • Strong customer service and sales abilities.
    • Proficiency in computer skills and documentation of sales activities.
    • Valid driver's license and insurance proof.
