About the role:

As part of the IT Process and Compliance team, you will focus on Application Lifecycle Management and Service Management, working with the internal IT team to improve and manage IT processes in line with corporate guidelines and internal controls.

You will also support global IT audits, coordinate activities, and establish best practices.

To be successful in this role, strong communication, leadership, and IT project management skills are essential, along with experience in IT process improvement, internal controls, and IT audits.

Your day will involve supporting process modifications for IT touchpoints, implementing the SAFe framework in our Application Lifecycle Management processes, and ensuring all IT controls are up-to-date and aligned with internal standards and compliance teams.

You will also coordinate internal IT audit activities and manage reporting.

What it takes to be successful:

Certification in at least one relevant project management technique (e.g. Prince 2, SCRUM, Agile Project Management)
8+ years of multidisciplinary IT experience, including 5+ years in a multinational enterprise, preferably in logistics or transportation
