Description

Fortescue is hiring:
Electricians (m/f/d) specializing in industrial engineering


Start of apprenticeship / duration:
Each year on August 1st
Usually 3.5 years (shortening possible)


Training content (among others):
Measurement and analysis of electrical functions and systems
Testing of electrical protective measures and safety devices
Analysis of malfunctions and troubleshooting, followed by functional checks
Installation and configuration of IT systems
Installation of systems and system components, as well as commissioning


What you should bring:
Completed school education - good secondary school leaving certificate or (technical) diploma
Enjoyment of natural sciences such as mathematics and physics
Interest in technology and electrical processes
Analytical thinking and good understanding of numbers
Attention to detail and manual dexterity
Sense of responsibility, teamwork and flexibility
