Your Responsibilities:
- Disposition of direct production materials (including plastics, aluminum diecasting, optics)
- Optimization of the entire supply chain and identification of new potentials
- Selection of suppliers in close cooperation with the respective department
- Negotiation of purchasing conditions including delivery contracts
- Deadline and price calculation as well as new project support
- Observation and analysis of procurement markets
- Continuous internal and external process and procedure optimizations
- Management of inventory levels and values within defined targets
- Supplier qualification, evaluation, and development
- Creation and implementation of security concepts, adapted to the current market situation
- SAP key user for the MM area
Your Profile:
- Completed degree in business administration or comparable education
- Experience in purchasing production materials
- Very good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form
- SAP knowledge is advantageous
- Strong cost and quality awareness
- Proficient in MS Office
- Teamwork, communication and assertiveness, as well as resilience and flexibility
