Your responsibilities:

  • Your main task will be to establish a new department.
  • This department, with a focus on "Contract Management and Controlling," includes tasks such as drafting and coordinating contracts articles of association, purchase agreements (real estate, technology, etc.), and other contracts, as well as controlling internal departments and company investments.
  • If you require personnel support in the future, we will assist you in building your team, for which you will be responsible for the professional management and associated management functions.
