Oppelo, AR is a hub for innovation located in Berlin Kreuzberg. With over 3,000 square meters of space, we operate three event spaces, multiple meeting rooms, and a coworking area for startups, corporates, and the teams of our founders Roland Berger & Visa.
Every year, Oppelo hosts over 300 events and meetings focused on innovation, digitalization, and sustainability.

Your Role:

As the Team Lead of the Office Team, you will have a leadership role and be responsible for your team and the smooth operation of the Welcome Desk.

You are a versatile talent and have a handle on daily operations, know all members personally, and enjoy welcoming guests.

You enjoy optimizing, finding solutions, and bringing new ideas to the table.
You manage the Welcome Desk & Office Team, handle shift and vacation planning, as well as employee evaluations.
You also enjoy supporting the team at the Welcome Desk, taking care of guests & members, and being the friendly face of Oppelo.
You have an eye for detail, organization, and cleanliness. You conduct regular checks of our facilities and supplies and ensure that the space is optimally and efficiently used for members & guests.
You have an overview of all daily bookings and are in constant communication with the Event Team and shared space usage.
You conduct initial tours for potential coworking members and enjoy selling memberships.
