Your responsibilities:

Advising and supporting managers on all labor law issues and independently handling related tasks
Conducting recruitment processes and contributing to personnel marketing
Managing the company's reintegration process, conducting exit interviews, preparing HR metrics and deriving potential measures
Participating in strategic HR projects and special tasks

Your qualifications:

Completed university degree with a focus on HR or equivalent vocational training with further qualifications
Several years of professional experience in HR
Your sense of responsibility, integrity, honesty and authenticity enable you to engage and create a positive and trusting work environment
You work in a structured manner, can set priorities, are highly reliable and discreet, and have a handson mentality
Excellent knowledge of labor law, solid experience in HR and organizational development, and fluent German skills complete your profile
