We are currently seeking a Team Leader (m/f/d) for our Cleaning Department at our Shenorock location. This position is available immediately and can be filled as either part-time (30.0 hours) or full-time (38.5 hours).

As the Team Leader, you will work closely with the site management to lead a team of approximately 40 employees and oversee the cleaning operations of two facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and leading employees, conducting team meetings and performance reviews
Creating and managing schedules using an electronic system
Recruiting and training new employees
Conducting quality control checks in your area of responsibility
Maintaining relationships with clients
Participating in and implementing projects

Qualifications:

Completed training in building cleaning, housekeeping, or hotel management (preferred but not required)
Previous experience in building cleaning
Experience in leading and managing employees
Strong organizational skills, with a structured and detailoriented approach
Customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
Proficient in using a computer
Valid driver's license (Class B or Class 3 preferred)
