Purpose and objective of the position

For our renowned client in Ravensburg, we are currently looking for an employee (m/f/d) in personnel with a focus on recruiting and training/development, within the framework of temporary employment.


Tasks, competencies and responsibilities

  • Applicant selection / screening of applicants
  • Organization & participation in job interviews
  • Preparation and implementation of training according to the company's training and transfer plan
  • Ensuring the training mandate in accordance with the training center and company guidelines
  • Development and regular updating of the training concept
  • Regular coaching of the vocational trainers in all their tasks
  • Character development of trainees
  • Evaluation & performance assessment of trainees
  • Organization of further training measures for all employees
  • Determine demand and offer of further training measures and ensure qualification of the team together with department heads
  • Supervision of the time recording system

Professional requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable training
  • Experience in personnel management is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications & merchandise management systems
