For the Operations Control department, we are looking for a Head of Operations Control (m/f/d) at our Münster or Hannover location as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

Professional and disciplinary management of the department

Team enablement and support for department heads and technical consultants

Operational control of the department: monitoring of the FI's infrastructure and assigned IT applications, as well as the network connections of the Sparkassen

Management of the multi-shift operation 7/24

Consideration of the analysis and troubleshooting procedures of Finanz Informatik

Management and support for network disruptions in carrier products

Management and monitoring
