Your tasks include:
advising customers on our portfolio for decentralized locations planning IT systems and coordinating the commissioning process analyzing error conditions and initiating error correction documenting our IT infrastructures at customer locations YOUR PROFILE Successfully completed studies (Dipl. FH or Bachelor) in computer science or a comparable course of study or Successfully completed IT vocational training, e.g. as an IT specialist (m/f/d) in combination with extensive further training, e.g. as a state-certified IT technician (m/f/d) and corresponding professional experience Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written (C1 according to GER) and good knowledge of English Willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies and tasks High motivation, structured, reliable and
