We are currently seeking a:
***Assistant to the Head of Central Dispatch for the Hamburg Economic Area (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing assistance to the Head of Central Dispatch for the Hamburg Economic Area
Independently and professionally handling organizational tasks such as scheduling, order processing, and correspondence
Creating reports, presentations, and statistics
Processing and checking invoices
Working closely with the Head of Central Dispatch for the Hamburg Economic Area

Your qualifications:

Completed training as an automotive salesman (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial training
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and a strong understanding of numbers
Structured work style and reliability
