Minimum Qualifications
The following degrees may substitute for the general experience as indicated:

  • Associate's degree and four years of experience
  • Associate's degree including 15 semester credit hours in computer science and three years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree and three years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree including 15 semester credit hours in computer science and two years of experience
  • Master's degree in computer science or related field substitutes for an additional year of experience

Duties Description

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Design data models, databases, and write and test SQL scripts
  • Develop and maintain web services
  • Deploy solutions on various server platforms (JBoss, WAS, TomCat, IIS, ColdFusion, etc.)
  • Manage assignments and monitor progress for your team
  • Mentor programmers in proper coding techniques
  • Lead code reviews and ensure your team's code meets architecture, programming and UI/UX standards
  • Estimate time and resource needs for new projects
