Your tasks:

Starting in July 2023, our HR department in New Galilee, PA will offer you the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our global Talent Management team through a mandatory internship.

The ideal duration for this internship is between 3 and 6 months, with the possibility of a combination of voluntary and mandatory internships.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Familiarizing yourself with the various tasks of Talent Management and participating in HR processes
Assisting in the planning, organization, and followup of programs, workshops, and trainings
Designing communication materials and providing support with administrative tasks
Preparing and attending Talent Management conferences
Independently handling special tasks and subprojects within the Talent Management field

Profile:

Students (M/F/diverse) in the fields of business administration, social sciences, business psychology, or similar
Ideally with a focus on HR or organizational development
Previous practical experience in an HR environment is desirable
Proficient in MS Office programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
Highly motivated, committed, and enthusiastic
Able to work independently and in a structured manner
Strong organizational skills
Creative and assertive
