Your role:
You will be responsible for training our new employees and cross-training our existing staff.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Conducting process trainings and refresher trainings
Training new employees
Managing and assigning employees
Acting as a communication interface between specialist trainers, operational managers, shift leaders, and temporary employment agencies
Conducting crosstrainings and assessing knowledge levels
Making decisions regarding employee qualifications and handing over to the operational team
Creating and maintaining checklists
Supporting KNPS projects

Qualifications you should bring:

Several years of experience in contract logistics
Excellent knowledge of warehouse management
Successfully completed vocational training or equivalent education preferred
Forklift license
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility and resilience
High level of commitment
Willingness to work in shifts
