  • We are looking for you for our Kita Kindertraum in Düsseldorf-Derendorf

Responsibilities:

Working at the DRK is more than just a job, because you
- take on the pedagogical leadership of the Kita and ensure smooth organization and administration.
- ensure the implementation and further development of the concept in coordination with the specialist department.
- work professionally and in partnership with the team, parents, and the organization.
- take care of all personnel matters, recognize the needs of your team, promote a positive team culture, and develop employees.


Profile:

You are the perfect fit because you
- have successfully completed training as a state-recognized educator (m/f/d), alternatively a degree in social pedagogy. Ideally, you can provide additional qualifications as a KITA specialist (m/f/d).
- have leadership and organizational skills and are proficient with computers.
- maintain a respectful approach towards the team, children, and their families.
- convince with independent and structured work, assertiveness, communication skills, and empathy.
