'As a construction manager in Braddock Hills, PA, you can expect to work on interesting projects in close collaboration with project management and other internal project stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include preparation and participation in the bidding process, as well as on-site supervision and management.

Our projects are diverse, ranging from small renovations to complex large-scale projects in various fields.

We are fortunate to have the opportunity to work on a wide range of challenges, including healthcare facilities, fire and rescue stations, social institutions, educational buildings, religious structures, and multi-story residential buildings.


YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Independent on-site supervision of construction projects
  • Coordination of project timelines
  • Leading and preparing construction meetings
  • Cost control, invoice verification, and participation in bidding discussions (in project phases 6-7)
  • Close communication with all involved external and internal planners and contractors

YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU HAVE:

  • A degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field
  • Enjoy working independently and in a structured manner
  • Teamwork skills
  • A clear understanding of the project's vision
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and legal requirements
  • Familiarity with the VOB (German construction contract procedures)
  • Flexible collaboration with all external and internal project stakeholders
  • Experience with pro-Plan and ORCA AVA software
