Description
  • Supervisor of a production shift (filling/enhancement), also contact person for the Greven warehouse/technology in the absence of department managers
  • Responsible for the output quantities of the lines/units
  • Ensuring the flow of information across 3 shifts
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of the HACCP concept
  • Ensuring the quality of the produced products and compliance with quality standards (including foreign object management)
  • Responsible for monitoring line documentation
  • Reducing downtime and waste by using KVP tools, actively participating in the KVP process
  • Active participation in production
  • Training of employees
  • Reporting machine damage and participating in repairs
  • Responsible for compliance with all safety regulations and cleanliness
  • Creating and implementing training plans for new employees with the department manager
  • Conducting inventory work
