The city administration of Viersen is looking for a
clerk (m/f/d)
for salary calculation in the department of personnel matters in the main administration department, starting as soon as possible. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The city administration of Viersen is a very versatile, flexible and family-friendly employer that is happy to accommodate the different needs of its employees. In addition, Viersen is conveniently located due to its proximity to the major cities of Mönchengladbach, Krefeld and Düsseldorf, as well as the recreational areas along the Lower Rhine.

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial training or
Training as a tax clerk with several years of professional experience as a salary calculator or payroll accountant or
Qualification for the career group 1, 2nd entry level (formerly middle nontechnical administrative service) or
Completed training as an administrative assistant or
Successfully completed administrative training course I
Thorough knowledge of relevant legal regulations
