Student Assistant (m/f/d) for Project Support with Focus on Production Planning

Excellence in production science - this is what we have been dealing with at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology (IPK) Berlin for over 35 years.

We conduct applied research and development along the entire process chain of manufacturing companies.

What does this mean in concrete terms? We support companies with innovative developments from product development to production processes, maintenance of investment goods, recycling of products, and the design and management of factory operations.

In the Business Management division, we work on the development and implementation of innovative concepts for designing production processes in companies, as well as on the development of methods and software tools to support business planning and control.

Excellence, passion, solution team - this is what we stand for in the Business Process and Factory Management department of the Business Management division.

In applied research, we deal with questions related to process and factory planning.

We are looking for a student assistant to support us in scientific and industrial projects at the IPK Berlin location as soon as possible.

As part of a small and young team, you will actively contribute to the technical and content-related design of a modeling solution for holistic process management for medium-sized and large customers.

Furthermore, our research in the field of factory, production, and layout planning involves developing concepts for planning and operating the factory of tomorrow.
