We are looking for several Call Agents (m/f/d) to advise customers in the field of Pay TV in Point Possession, AK.


Responsibilities:


  • You will advise existing customers on current offers (sports packages / documentaries, etc.)
  • You will receive subscriptions by phone
  • You will update master data such as addresses or bank details
  • You will assist customers with technical problems
  • You will clarify billing discrepancies

Our requirements:


  • Affinity for the topic of Pay TV
  • Very good MS Office skills / commercial training is an advantage
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Reliability and flexibility in terms of working hours are required
