(m/f/d) for order processing in the area of service administration & operations.

These tasks await you_

In customer service, you will support us in administrative and organizational tasks:

As the first point of contact (m/f/d), you will provide advice to our customers via email and telephone.
In this context, you will receive customer inquiries and organize further processing.
With great care, you will enter customer orders in the areas of spare parts sales and device repair.
We also rely on your cooperation in coordinating and monitoring the flow of goods until delivery.

What we expect from you_

We welcome a background in both commercial and technical areas, such as industrial management or office management (m/f/d). Along with your business knowledge, an interest in innovative technologies is important.
You have professional experience as a service employee, customer service representative, clerk (m/f/d), or in a similar position in customer service or order processing.
You are proficient in using Microsoft 365 or other office programs knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM or Business Central is desirable.
As an internationally operating company, we rely on your good German and English skills in both written and spoken form.
You also
