  • 15 years of experience as an operations manager or similar role
  • Forecasting, and avoiding overstocking experience.
  • Manufacturing in an Assembly and /or in the electronic industry is required.
  • Deep knowledge of production management, Forecasting, budgeting and KPIs Analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor employees on a oneonone basis as well as a group
  • Strong decisionmaking skills and a resultsdriven approach
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP software

Responsibilities:


  • Creating and implementing long
- and short-term strategic plans for the organization in partnership with the CEO.

  • Building and developing a topnotch management team across all departments.
  • Overseeing the organization's operations to ensure excellence and strategic goals are achieved.
  • Driving companywide growth defined by the strategic plan, both organically and inorganically
  • Directing companywide financial outcomes, including KPIs, budget creation & adherence, and employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and mínimal downtime.
  • Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
  • Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
  • Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel.
  • Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees.
  • Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management.
  • Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product
safety or integrity.

Pay:
$120, $142,070.00 per year
