What tasks can you expect?:


  • Verification of incoming invoices/credit notes using document recognition software
  • Checking for accuracy and completeness of tax information according to UStR and internal regulations
  • Forwarding to electronic workflow for review and approval in the operational units
  • Processing of returns and booking in Navision
  • Reconciliation and monitoring of open items
  • Clarification of reminders, providing information for supplier inquiries
  • Balance sheet reconciliation for intercompany relationships
