To support our finance team at our location in Hamburg, we are looking for a Clerk (m/f/d) for Invoicing/Billing.

  • What you will do with us
  • Creation of invoices based on framework agreements
  • Verification of incoming invoices, delivery notes, and supplier prices
  • Timely and proper booking of outgoing invoices
  • Analysis, preparation, and correction of order data
  • Creation of monthly closing reports to support accounting
  • Processing of invoice complaints
  • Accounts receivable management and dunning process
  • What excites us
  • Successfully completed commercial or comparable education
  • Professional experience in the field of invoicing/billing is desirable
  • Advanced knowledge of office applications, especially Excel skills
  • Dynamics NAV knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong numerical understanding and analytical skills
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
