YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading, guiding, training, assigning and motivating subordinate employees
Recruitment, conducting selection interviews and making job offers
Coordinating and continuously optimizing the entire production process
Order management
Responsibility for process flows
Identifying problems early and solving them diligently
Monitoring the quality of manufactured products
Ensuring delivery deadlines are met

YOUR PROFILE:

You have completed a technical or commercial vocational training, preferably as a master craftsman or business administrator
Several years of professional experience
Proficient in MS Office
Good organizational skills and assertiveness
Convincing appearance, good communication skills, high commitment and teamwork
Ability to work independently
You are resilient and highly dedicated
You have a confident and polite manner towards employees and customers
