Starting on October 1st, you can begin your three-year training as a Medical Technologist for Laboratory Analysis (m/f/d) at our in-house MTA school in Owensville.

What to expect
  • You will independently and responsibly examine blood and body fluids to detect diseases and assess progress
  • You will determine organ-specific parameters such as heart enzymes, liver and kidney values, hormones, tumor markers, and the effectiveness of medications
  • You will test blood for drugs, perform urine diagnostics, test blood types, and check donor blood for blood transfusions
  • You will work with pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi from patient samples and test effective medications
  • You will process tissue samples into histological preparations (casting, cutting, staining)
What you bring
  • You are of legal age and have at least a middle school diploma
  • Good grades in natural science subjects
  • Ideally, you have already completed a one-week internship in a medical laboratory
  • You have a dedicated, reliable, and team-oriented character who enjoys helping people
  • Legally required proof of immunization against measles
