Your tasks:

As a caretaker / building technician (m/f/d), you keep our businesses running smoothly.

  • You are responsible for the technical maintenance of the businesses and outdoor areas.
  • You take care of repairs of all kinds in our restaurants and public areas, as well as the maintenance of all installations such as heating, plumbing, or electronics (independently or through specialized companies).
  • Minor renovation, painting, and mowing work, as well as garden care and maintenance of outdoor areas, are part of your daily routine.
  • You enjoy setting up and taking down seasonal decorations.
