We are a successful energy service company located in the center of Germany. In Mühlhausen/Thüringen, we provide electricity, natural gas, and heat to approximately customers. We also install broadband cables and act as a service provider for other companies. Our team of around 80 employees is dedicated to providing our customers with reliable and sustainable energy. We are committed to supporting our region in achieving a sustainable energy and heat transition and lead the way with innovative projects.

We are currently seeking a full-time Sustainability Manager (m/f/d) to join our new department as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

Establishing, managing, and developing a sustainability management system
Building and coordinating a data management system for all key sustainability indicators
Creating sustainability reports in accordance with legal requirements (European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive - CSRD)
Supporting the implementation and development of sustainability measures and projects
Involving all departments to ensure long-term implementation of sustainability management and oversee the operational implementation of sustainability topics
Developing partnerships and collaborations with external stakeholders

Your qualifications

Bachelor's degree or further education with a focus on environmental protection, sustainability, energy management, supply engineering, energy technology, or a related field
Alternatively, vocational training with
