_Your responsibilities:
_

  • Caring for, educating, and nurturing children according to their individual needs
  • Building trust and maintaining open, cooperative communication with the team and parents
  • Contributing to the planning, preparation, and implementation of educational activities in the groups
  • Implementing educational concepts and principles
  • Creating documentation, portfolios, and developmental reports
  • Participating in group and team meetings

_Your qualifications:
_

  • Completed degree in early childhood education, including state recognition
  • Both entrylevel and returning professionals are welcome
  • You approach your job with responsibility and reliability
  • Ideally, you have a driver's license
