Your Responsibilities

  • Goaloriented management of customer service teams in outbound and inbound projects
  • Responsibility and professional leadership of a team of around 1015 people
  • Continuous support and development of customer service representatives through coaching and training
  • Regular reporting and reporting to superiors on KPIs
  • Ensuring quality goals and predetermined success rates
  • Optimization of work processes in collaboration with project management

Your Profile

  • Relevant work experience in the call center industry
  • Professional experience in the described area of responsibility and ideally first leadership experience
  • Good German language skills in spoken and written form
  • MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of judgment, responsibility, teamwork, and assertiveness
  • Performance and salesoriented as well as structured work style
  • High personal commitment and ability to selfmotivate
