Your Responsibilities
- Goaloriented management of customer service teams in outbound and inbound projects
- Responsibility and professional leadership of a team of around 1015 people
- Continuous support and development of customer service representatives through coaching and training
- Regular reporting and reporting to superiors on KPIs
- Ensuring quality goals and predetermined success rates
- Optimization of work processes in collaboration with project management
Your Profile
- Relevant work experience in the call center industry
- Professional experience in the described area of responsibility and ideally first leadership experience
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of judgment, responsibility, teamwork, and assertiveness
- Performance and salesoriented as well as structured work style
- High personal commitment and ability to selfmotivate
