Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in organizing and overseeing project activities under the guidance of the Project Manager to ensure seamless project execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information efficiently.
Communicate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives.
Prepare project proposals, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure timely completion of projects meeting client expectations.
Keep thorough project documentation and reports.
Facilitate communication within the project team.
Collaborate with the accounting department for vendor invoices and payments.
Assist in managing change orders and subcontracts.
Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with standards.
Perform general office tasks and other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Associate's degree in Construction Management preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in interpreting project blueprints.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
Aptitude for operating office equipment.

Physical Demands:

This job may involve:

Talking, hearing, standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
Lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Using hands for handling tools and controls.
Specific visual abilities for close vision tasks.

Work Environment:

Employees may need to travel to project sites, encountering typical safety hazards and moderate to high noise levels during site visits.

(Occasionally: 1-25%; Frequently: 26-75%; Constantly: 76-100%)
