    *Shift Information: Weekend Night shift
    • As the Operating Room (OR) Nurse, you are responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Deliver exceptional nursing care by assessing patient status and considering physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and cultural factors, developing patient care plans, and implementing clinical nursing interventions consistent with the plan.
    • Act as a patient advocate, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the surgical process.
    • Assist interdisciplinary team in pre-operative preparation, intra-operative assistance, and post-operative care.
    • Proficiently operate and maintain surgical equipment, ensuring their proper functioning during procedures.
    • Document all patient care activities accurately and concisely in compliance with healthcare regulations.
    • Support performance improvement initiatives and provide leadership to other members of the patient care team.

    *Work Experience**Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Proficiency in clinical applications preferred.

    • Operating room experience required.
    • CNOR (certified nurse-operating room/certified perioperative nurse certification) preferred.
