Your tasks

  • Support and assistance for your own customer base via phone and email
  • Receiving and managing customer inquiries
  • Creating quotes and tracking processes using the CRM system

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training or similar qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service, purchasing, or order management
  • Excellent SAP and MS Office skills
  • Good German and proficient English skills
