Would you like to work for a firm that is committed to the well-being of its employees? If so, please consider joining our Mid-Atlantic team.

This senior civil engineering position with a focus on roadway design and active and multimodal transportation earns a competitive salary and great benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, a health savings account (HSA), and a flexible spending account (FSA). We practice what we preach and ensure that our employees also have access to transportation by providing them with financial incentives to bike, walk, or use transit for a better quality of life.

You use programs such as AutoCAD or MicroStation in order to fulfill production work on your projects. You will share your knowledge with staff and clients, to develop concept plans, and construction documents, as well mentor your colleagues to ensure that our projects are consistently of the highest quality.

You will be at the table with clients and colleagues from a variety of disciplines, delivering project ideas from concept to construction. You share your knowledge on stakeholder and public outreach, developing feasibility studies and concept plans and preparing construction documents for innovative projects in the City of Philadelphia and the Mid-Atlantic Region. You participate in business development pursuits in your home region as well as across our Mid-Atlantic offices.
