What to Expect:

As department head, you are responsible for meeting delivery deadlines
You also have responsibility for creating sitespecific and crosssite project plans, taking into account crossproject bottlenecks/capacities
Your tasks include coordination and communication with business units on projects, as well as with production areas and the purchasinglogistics department
You have personnel responsibility for group leaders and their planning groups at the site, and you lead them in a goaloriented manner
You maintain intensive coordination and communication within the planning organization across sites with other departments and staff positions
In daytoday operations, you proactively coordinate sequence determinations and resolution of bottlenecks with production managers
In addition, active schedule management falls within your area of responsibility
You participate in the allocation of scope of work to the plants
You are responsible for creating the
