The Regional Association of the Rhineland (LVR) is currently seeking a

Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d) for the "Courageux"

Residential Group:
for Youth Services in the Rhineland, Solingen

Your Responsibilities:

Collaboration in group education services
Educating and accompanying children through daily, weekly, and yearly routines
Pedagogical and organizational responsibility for daily education
Planning of pedagogical activities
Observing and promoting the development of adolescents in their individual situations and stages of development
Creating help and education plans
Cooperation with schools and youth welfare offices
Cooperation with the Foreigners' Office and cooperating doctors
Creating a positive atmosphere in the living spaces
Night and weekend shifts

Your Profile:

Requirements for the Position:

You are a qualified social pedagogue or have a degree in social pedagogy, or are a state-recognized educator or have a comparable qualification.

Desired Qualifications:

You are responsible, openminded, and creative
You possess good communication skills
You have a high level of empathy, the ability to understand and appreciate others, and the ability to see things from different perspectives
You enjoy working in a team and have good organizational skills
You are interested in living and shaping our pedagogical concept
You are able to handle the challenges of working with disadvantaged and/or traumatized children and adolescents and
