Payroll Accountant [m/f/d] Location:
Kassel We send 530 trucks and 530 trailers throughout Europe.

This results in a lot of documents every day:
workshop orders, defect lists, inspection and maintenance records, contact information, vehicle data. Everything needs to be organized, sorted, structured and arranged.

Your colleagues from fleet planning and mechanics rely on finding all documents quickly and securely in the most current version.

You are the organizing hand in the workshop office - whether it's paper or digital data. You gather information and pass it on. Strategically. Systemically. Dynamically. Your contribution.

Building market-effective and/or further developing existing compensation models Reliable administration of personnel data/documents and reliable processing of all payroll payments Building and conducting operational personnel reporting Digitizing work steps and processes for automated workflows Creating legally correct documents Providing assistance with payroll and/or legal questions Interest in legal and compensation-related developments in the job market Your benefits.

You are entitled to 30 days of vacation per year. You have flexible working hours and a good work-life balance. After 6 months of employment, we will provide you with a company phone.
