The new stage in Senftenberg, as a theater and state stage for southern Brandenburg, offers a diverse program.

Working for the city and the region is just as important as providing an extensive program for a young audience.

With approximately 100 permanent employees, the stage, which is also successful beyond the region, offers around 400 performances in 4 different venues and guest locations.

We are currently seeking a part-time hours per week) maternity leave replacement until December 31, 2023 for a certified stage manager or certified master in event technology, specializing in stage technology.

The prerequisite for the application is a completed examination as a master in event technology, specializing in stage technology, as well as a valid certificate of competence as a responsible person for event technology.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and team-oriented personality with a willingness to work flexible hours, assertiveness, and strengths in organization and communication.

Knowledge of CAD and OFFICE as well as a valid driver's license are desired.
