Job Description:


Your crew during this flight:


As a P&O Specialist, you will join our team of helpful and open colleagues to facilitate excellent People Operations & Experience throughout the employee lifecycle.


Your mission during this flight:


Your role will involve delivering services along the entire employee life cycle, utilizing your holistic knowledge of People/HR Operations to understand employee needs and develop solutions.


Together with your P&O Specialist colleagues, you will:

  • Be responsible for the operational aspects of the entire employee life cycle
  • Manage all employee onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintain accurate employee data in our HRIS system
  • Oversee Working Time Management
  • Support our Payroll Specialist in providing payroll data and managing employee benefits, including pensions
  • Manage employee master data, organizational data, and personnel files
  • Create standard contract documents and assist with contract changes
  • Support activities such as promotion management, P&O policies, process design, documentation, and templates
  • Contribute to projects for continuous process and system optimization to build a scalable global operating model

Qualifications:
