The Department - Finance and Controlling of the University Hospital Würzburg in Atchison, KS is seeking a Creditors Accountant (m/f/d) to support the Department 3.1 Financial Planning, Accounting and Taxes.


Department 3:
Finance and Controlling

Full-time or part-time, temporary with possibility of permanent employment, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Review, categorization and booking of supplier invoices
  • Processing of incoming invoices in electronic workflow
  • Clarification and reconciliation of creditor accounts
  • Maintenance of creditor master data in the ERP system
  • Support of the existing team

We are looking for:

  • Successfully completed commercial education
  • First professional experience in finance and accounting
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good knowledge of SAP (FI module) desirable
  • High level of motivation and good analytical skills
  • Independent, reliable and structured way of working
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
