The Bundesanzeiger Verlag GmbH, as a partner of legislation, is the central source for comprehensive information on law and economics.

We serve as a publication platform and organ for legally required announcements and company data.

In addition to the 'Bundesanzeiger', we are responsible for the Transparency Register - the official register of the Federal Republic of Germany for data on beneficial owners.

As the registering authority, we have been entrusted with this task and the powers by the Federal Ministry of Finance.

The Transparency Register is electronically managed as a sovereign task of the federal government by the registering authority and serves to combat money laundering and terrorism.

We are currently seeking a Commercial Employee (m/f/d) for our public evidence and register management (publication department) in the Department of Discrepancy Reports in the Transparency Register, Team Customer Service, to start as soon as possible for a period of two years.

Your responsibilities:

Processing incoming discrepancy reports
Written and telephone contact with customers
Forwarding discrepancy reports to the Federal Office of Administration as the supervisory authority
Moderation of webinars on the topic of discrepancy reports
Creation and maintenance of templates and documents for the entire department
Responsible for webinar and participant management
Interdepartmental collaboration as a liaison between departments

Your profile:

Completed vocational training or degree with a focus on customer service, marketing, sales, administration or a comparable education
Professional experience,
